Cool jam game; feels very smooth and has a lot of nice touches, such as being able to deflect projectiles. Had fun fighting my way through the various bosses and challenges. Would love to see even more done with a game like this, as with a little more content and polish, and maybe not having to feel tied to the Ludum Dare 44 rules, I think it could really shine.

Solid game! Had fun playing it, especially once I got to the final boss! Also had good bits of clever design, such as teleporting players to a checkpoint if they fall into acid, instead of having them just bounce in the acid as so many other games do. Only issue I had with it is that it eventually started to drag a bit as it didn't freshen up the levels or introduce new enemies/mechanics for quite awhile. Once you get to the final boss, however, it's all worth it!

Thank You. Yes, this is the main problem of the game.

I enjoy the lemmings-style puzzles! Game seems to have a lot of heart and clever design to it. I'm torn about the characters/lore, however. Part of me likes them for their quirky dialogue and helpful tutorials, but another part of me wants to make them shut up and let me play the game and figure it out myself since that's half the fun, haha!

Very well-crafted vertical jumping challenge! I had a lot of fun getting out of the well, helped by the clever, intuitive design and pleasing art. Only problem I would say is that some of the movement/jumping is a little janky at times, and the sound design is a bit clunky (landing from a jump creates these double-staccato sharp notes).

Very spooky and immersive. The minimal lighting, subtle sound design and close camera all work to create a claustrophobic and oppressive atmosphere. While the match mechanic is frustrating, it is also important to keep the player moving fast. I suck at the game though, maybe there can be an easy mode where you only have one match, but it doesn't blow out unless shadow man blows it?

Only complaints I have is some of the interactions are buggy with the doors, as well as having to stand in really specific spots to read documents.

For such minimalist graphics and sounds, this story was delivered in a very clever and effective way! I didn't think much of it as first but it ended up gripping me and taking me all the way to the end.

Had a good, depressing time getting the balloon to the end. This game made me more introspective than some narrative games do! Your minimalist design is still going strong, along with some solid platforming, level design, and balloon controls. A good example of how escort missions should be.

This game blew me away! I thought it was one of the best uses of the Ludum Dare 44 rules I've seen. Had a very fun design to it and all the aspects of the game were very juicy. Really feel like it's got the complete package here.

Very cool concept and graphical design! A lot of the level design is very clever and tricky at times as well. However, ultimately the game can be a little frustrating due to the difficult platforming (borderline sadistic at times) and the slow/random nature of the paint droplets. Maybe consider increasing the amount of droplets, or introduce a mechanic where you can shake on the spot to spread paint around?

It's weird and funny to flop about in the maze, arms flailing, but there doesn't seem to be any big payoff in the end. The graphics and sound are very drab and monotonous as well.

Still working at it, bit-by-bit.
