I still hate that the nasty game breaking softlock bug accidentally slipped in while you were playing Painter Blazer

Don't worry! While I did play up my indignation to show how much it could affect your average joe, I still liked the game enough that I easily recovered and found myself wanting to play through the rest! Thanks for making a cool little arcade game like that, and while you did say there are no promises, I'd love to play Painter Blazer 2!
Thank you so much for including Babel.EXE in this! It really is an honor to see it in a "Best of" compilation!
It was so rewarding seeing you say things like "I'm really hoping for a twist soon" on the day the first big twist happens. It was also so funny to see you correctly predict most, if not all, the twists before they happened (like the bones being Chapman's wife, Waldo being allergic to the berries, Silva having to put himself in the tower).
As a game developer it helps to not only hear feedback for your game, but also see the person's face while they are playing. Facial reactions speak louder than words. You are doing the game dev community a huge service by doing this, so thank you very much!
Cheers! I had a blast with Babel.EXE and enjoyed listening to your explanations behind the decisions you made: some great insight and I think you were right on the choices you made. Glad to hear I was able to provide some feedback not only directly but indirectly as well: I usually find myself with a blank face so I'll keep working on my emotes as I think they do add a lot, like you say!
Thanks for playing Cronela'sMansion! Sorry its a bit awkward to move in GBC but no worries, a Switch and PC version is included in the release, tho different versions have subtle different things in them that makes em unique from one another.
Yes, its a Maniac Mansion "spiritual successor" and homage, I hope you like the game and help us on Kickstarter for more versions of this game.
Take care and see you in another best of [month] game XD
Cheers! You did a great job on Cronela's Mansion: hopefully making it into my top 10 made up for the somewhat quiet reception from the rest, haha! Best of luck on its development and I look forward to playing your other games as well!
Thanks for making a review about Ganbatte!! Robochan.
Sorry about that thing with the text in the intro scene. By that time, I didn't know how to make the text show up before advancing. But I've recently learned how to do it and it will be done right in my next project.
The game is compatible with XInput joysticks, like the Xbox controller. But I'm not sure about the compatibility with other kinds of gamepad. Unfortunately it's something I can't fix, as it seems to be a limitation from the engine itself.
In fact, the game is kinda basic but that's for a reason. I didn't know anything about the engine before starting this project. With the limited knowledge I had by that time, I decided not to force too many complicated mechanics that I wouldn't be able to develop properly. I had to focus on making something well polished, with the basics working well. But I think I've learned enough to make something more creative for my next projects.
Thanks again for playing my game and including it in your video!
Cheers! Thanks for the insight into the development. I definitely think you're right in starting out simple, especially when so many game devs get overambitious and never finish anything. Ain't nothing wrong with copying the basics from your favs either: I do it, you do it, everyone does it! I always want to be a bit harsh and promote creativity to make devs stick out in this overcrowded market, but I still think Robochan is pretty good and something to be very proud of. I'm very much looking forward to your next projects where you can get creative!
